We contacted Julie several months ago about a different home but it wasn’t for us. She called us about 130 High St. and we met her to tour it immediately. We made an offer the next day ad a day later we were signing agreements. She is so knowledgeable and kind, not pushy at all. She is a gem!!

It is difficult to imagine an agent who would have been more helpful and engaged than Julie Peteritas. I am not a person given to loose happy talk, but I have only praise for her thoroughness, clarity, and flexibility. Our purchase experience was complicated and took an extended length of time because of selling a house abroad, etc., but she was patient and supportive throughout the entirety of the process. Julie was phenomenal to work with to say the very least!

Julie was always prepared, and was proactive in identifying eligible properties. I felt that she was focused on my needs, and was very sensitive to what did and did not appeal to me. She also was very pleasant company, and responsive to both my positive and negative concerns I voiced about different properties. In short, she was a terrific "partner" in the process!

Julie was fantastic to work with. As new home buyers, Julie was helpful along every step of the way. While touring homes Julie pointed out things that we may have not recognized on our ow. It showed that she was not just trying to sell us any home but a great home that fit us. Additionally, at times the home buying process felt overwhelming and we felt we would never find a home within our budget without sacrificing something. Julie was always there to reassure us and even said we would find the perfect home for us even if it took years. She was extremely patient with us, especially in times when we felt we were being indecisive. She was always willing to meet us last minute and work with us late at night going over paperwork and submitting offers. She truly made us feel comfortable despite being so new to the process. We would proudly recommend Julie to any of our friends and family. Although Julie is the only realtor we have worked with, we think it would be nearly impossible to find better.
